Is there a rate limit on the API?
Yes, per account and per endpoint, to keep the upstream stable. Normal automation stays well inside it.
Can I resell the numbers?
You can build services on top of the API; the account holder is responsible for how numbers are used.
Do you support webhooks for incoming SMS?
Push/webhook delivery is available, and codes can also be fetched on demand.
